The eligibility tool, revenue estimator, and digital twin are illustrative. They are not a guarantee of carbon-credit issuance, an offer to buy or sell carbon credits, or regulated financial advice. PEN9 Pixels Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
2. Calculation accuracy
All numbers shown by the eligibility, revenue, and stack-revenue tools are estimates produced by a simplified model. Actual carbon-credit issuance depends on Woodland Carbon Code or Peatland Code validation by an independent verification body and is not within our control.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass site security or scrape content for resale.
- Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, layout, and code are © 2026 Steven Brown / Pennine Pixels Ltd. Public-data references (DEFRA, Forestry Commission, Natural England, NRW, NatureScot, BGS, Ordnance Survey) are attributed where used and remain Crown copyright under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennine Pixels Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
