We scan your land using satellite imagery and environmental data to check suitability
We coordinate soil sampling on your land — at no cost to you
Accredited labs analyse your soil for carbon content and quality
We submit everything to the Woodland Carbon Code registry on your behalf
Carbon credits are issued and you start earning revenue from your land
We cover all costs — satellite scans, soil sampling, lab fees, registry submissions. You only pay a share after credits are sold.
Our platform uses DEFRA environmental data and satellite imagery to assess your land in minutes, not months.
Every step is digitally recorded — from scan to credit. Independent labs verify everything. Complete transparency.
The UK Woodland Carbon Code is the gold standard for carbon credits. PIUs sell for £15–£30 each.
Registry applications, validation, verification — we manage the entire process. You focus on farming.
Follow your application from land mapping right through to credits being issued, all in one place.
PEN9 Pixels is onboarding its first cohort of landowners now. We are Manchester-born, North West-first, and built to scale nationally: satellite assessment, BNG matching, tenant farmer guidance, and a carbon-credit exchange for high-integrity local and global credits.
PEN9 prioritises the crucial soil layer first: DEFRA Magic Maps, Environment Agency LiDAR, England Peat Map, Cranfield LandIS / National Soil Map, BGS geology and commercial satellite imagery. Estimates are clearly marked as such; live integrations are labelled connected, planned ones are labelled planned.
Free UK postcode geolocation for instant land lookup
Open elevation lookups for 3D terrain visualisation and per-postcode elevation
400+ environmental layers for designations, habitat context and planning constraints
1-2m resolution national coverage for terrain, canopy and flood-risk analysis
Natural England peat depth and condition data for Peatland Code screening
Immediate licensed integration target ahead of expected wider free access in 2026
Commercial imagery roadmap for 50cm standard and 30cm premium verification
Historic woodland boundary data from Natural England
Environment Agency flood zone mapping for risk assessment
21M+ freehold land title boundaries from HM Land Registry with unique INSPIRE IDs
UK property intelligence — titles, boundaries, ownership and valuation data via API
Launch iOS and Android walk-the-boundary tools with GPS tracking, field view and farm view.
Secure formal partnerships with at least three UK housebuilders or developers to create guaranteed BNG demand.
Add legal and scheme sign-off support so tenants understand landlord consent, risk and revenue sharing.
Train biomass estimation models on UK woodland, LiDAR, satellite and habitat data.
Prepare modules for flood-management, nutrient neutrality and future Woodland for Water-style schemes.
Prepare for agroforestry carbon routes that let farmers earn credits without fully taking land out of production.
PEN9 works backwards from the boundary: gross area, boundary metres, 1.5m internal edge buffer, WCC 1.5m planting grid, stocking check, WCC-style carbon calculator forecast and farmer value. The map shows the planned planting positions inside the polygon; large schemes are density-rendered for speed while the actual tree count remains in the calculation.
Enter your land details below to check whether your land is suitable for the Woodland Carbon Code. This is a quick initial assessment — our team will follow up with a detailed review.

See how much your land could earn from Woodland Carbon Code credits. This screen mirrors the key calculator inputs landowners need to understand first: area, species route, planting density, survival, carbon price and project cost profile.
The master plan's edge is local supply matched to nearby developer demand. This screen models how carbon, BNG, soil carbon and biochar opportunities could be packaged for North West buyers who need credible, local credits.
NDVI, tramlines and field boundary evidence

Buyer-facing monitoring and local proof
PEN9 is designed to become a marketplace for credits we originate and credits certified elsewhere. Buyers can choose local North West credits when available, or use the exchange to source larger certified projects from the UK and overseas with a PEN9 integrity score.
The project must need credit revenue to happen; legally required projects are filtered out.
Nature projects need a 30-year UK covenant or a credible buffer pool for global credits.
Credits need unique serial numbers and clear retirement once used by a buyer.
Satellite history and public data are used to challenge inflated claims.

List first Manchester and North West carbon, peat and BNG projects.
Let firms buy local first, then fill larger needs with vetted certified credits.
Add certified projects from recognised registries with PEN9 integrity scoring.

Submit your land details and we will review the boundary, LiDAR twin forecast, carbon route and BNG potential. Submissions are emailed to digitaldenirouk@gmail.com.
Form delivery is provided by Netlify Forms; submissions are forwarded to digitaldenirouk@gmail.com. No application has been submitted to any registry on your behalf — registration is a manual, human-reviewed step we coordinate after first contact.
